Same-Day Delivery (Lower Mainland):
Place your order before 12PM (noon) and receive it between 2PM–9:30PM the same day.

Canada-Wide Shipping:
Orders ship within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and typically arrive in 1–3 business days.

Once your payment is processed, we pack your goodies and ship them out faster than you can say “where’s my weed?”

If you paid before 12PM PST, your order likely ships same day. Paid after 12PM? It’ll hit the road the next day.

Your tracking number gets emailed after the carrier scans the package — so if you haven’t seen it yet, it’s probably still getting prepped for launch. Check your spam folder, too (Gmail loves hiding the good stuff). Still nothing? Shoot us a message — we’ve got you.

Don’t panic — this is super common. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to update after your package is scanned by the carrier.

If it’s been more than 48 hours and it’s still not showing any updates, just hit us up via live chat or email — we’re happy to help.

If your order hasn’t shown up by the estimated delivery date, the first step is to reach out to us. We’ll help file a trace with the shipping carrier to track it down. Sometimes packages get stuck in the system or misrouted — it happens.

Traces can take up to 5 business days. If the package is recovered, it’ll be sent your way ASAP. If it’s officially declared lost, we’ll send a one-time replacement (up to a $500 value).

A couple things to keep in mind:

We don’t issue refunds for delayed deliveries — once it leaves our hands, carrier delays are out of our control.

We’re not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” that go missing. Please make sure your delivery spot is secure.

Nope — by default, no signature is required. But if you’d like to add one for extra peace of mind, we can do that — just let us know when placing your order.

Keep in mind: If you choose no signature, and your tracking shows “Delivered,” we’re not responsible for missing packages. So make sure your drop spot is safe and secure!
